Sloppy Joe Casserole
When I have leftover sloppy joe mixture, I stir it into cooked egg noodles, put it in a baking dish and sprinkle it with shredded cheddar cheese. After baking it, I serve this tasty casserole with a salad and crunchy bread for a complete meal. —Susan Smith, Bedford, Virginia
