Mini Muffin Tin Substitution
A lot of fun appetizers, such as stuffed mushrooms, can be baked in miniature muffin tins, but if you don't happen to have any, try this. Simply fill foil miniature muffin cup liners with your appetizer mixture, place on a baking sheet and bake as usual.
