Low-Fat Vegetable Saute

I try to use low-fat cooking techniques. When sautéing onions or other vegetables for a recipe, I spritz the pan with nonstick cooking spray rather than adding oil. As the vegetables cook, I add boiling water or vegetable broth to the pan a little at a time if needed until the vegetables are tender. Judy S., Livingston, New Jersey
