Homemade Icing
When I don't have time to make icing from scratch, I blend a half can of chocolate frosting with 3 ounces of softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl. The creamy result is not as sweet or thick as the canned icing. —Dorothy Zelazny, Independence, Ohio
