Frozen Hamburger Buns
I often buy hamburger buns in packages of 12 because I like to keep them on hand in the freezer. But if I freeze the entire bag, the buns tend to stick together. I’ve discovered they’re much easier to work with if, before freezing, I wrap them securely in plastic wrap, two per package, then place in a freezer bag. —Arlene Wrage, Traer, Iowa
