Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup Raspberry Vinegar
  • 4 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid; shake well. Store in the refrigerator. Just before serving, shake dressing again.

How do you make raspberry vinegar from scratch?

It’s easy to make raspberry vinegar from scratch! Bring 2 cups of fresh or frozen unsweetened raspberries, 3/4 cup of cider vinegar, 1/3 cup of honey and 1 cinnamon stick to a boil. Reduce the heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Allow the mixture to cool before straining through a cheesecloth. Pour into a container, cover and refrigerate until you’re ready to use.
