  • 1-1/4 cups rum

  • 2 to 2-1/2 cups ice cubes
  • Optional: Fresh strawberries and lime slices

Frozen Strawberry Daiquiris Tips

Can you use fresh strawberries to make frozen strawberry daiquiris?

If you don't have frozen strawberries, you can definitely try using fresh ones instead. It might make your frozen strawberry daiquiri slightly thinner, but you can always add more ice to balance it out. Otherwise, try using half frozen strawberries and half fresh, and settle on a ratio that creates your ideal daiquiri.

What kind of rum should you use to make frozen strawberry daiquiris?

A white or light rum, as opposed to a spiced, golden or dark rum, is ideal for frozen strawberry daiquiris because it allows the strawberry and lime flavors to shine through.

What can you serve with frozen strawberry daiquiris?

If you can't get enough strawberry this summer, serve your frozen strawberry daiquiris with fresh strawberry salsa and tortilla chips for the perfect pre-dinner snack. See how you like these other strawberry cocktails, or try other flavors, such as a classic daiquiri or a peach daiquiri.
