Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup fat-free milk
  • 6 boneless pork ribeye chops (6 ounces each, 1 inch thick)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°. In a shallow bowl, combine bread crumbs, chili powder and seasoned salt. In another shallow bowl, combine egg and milk. Dip chops into egg mixture, then coat with crumb mixture.
  2. Transfer to a 15x10x1-in. baking pan coated with cooking spray. Bake 15-20 minutes or until a thermometer reads 145°. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
