Zesty Broccoli

4 cups broccoli florets
1/4 cup water
2 teaspoons olive or vegetable oil
1 to 2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt, optional
Dash crushed red pepper flakes

In a saucepan, combine the first five ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat;
cover and simmer until broccoli is crisp-tender, about 5 minutes. Drain; add red
pepper flakes and toss.

Yield: 4 servings.
