Yummy Guacamole

2 medium ripe avocados, peeled and pitted 3 tablespoons mayonnaise 1 plum tomato, chopped 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped 2 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1/4 teaspoon salt Corn chips
In a small bowl, mash the avocados and mayonnaise until smooth. Stir in the tomato, jalapeno, cilantro, lemon juice and salt. Serve with corn chips.
Yield: 1-1/2 cups.
