These treats are my family's favorite, and it seems no matter how many I make, they always disappear too soon.D. Weaver, Ephrata, Pennsylvania

Made these and even my husband, who doesn't particularly like sweets, LOVES them! Be careful when you are making these that you use just enough peanut butter and marshallow creme to cover the crackers. If you use too much, it will squeeze out and make the covering it more difficult. While dipping these, used also the white candy coating, and these were good, as well. Will make these again!

I substituted cream of mushroom soup for the peanut butter, then used day-old bread instead of crackers. They were awful. I'm kidding of course, but it's crazy how some people substitute ingredients in recipes, then complain about how they taste.

An easy recipe to spend quality time with my granddaughters. They have fun making them and look forward to making them again this year.

I give it 5 stars for overall taste and appeal but only three as a Christmas Cookie idea. It is much easier to mix the PB and Marshmallow Creme together and spread on one cracker. I put the PB and MC in a microwave safe bowl, microwaved for 45 seconds at 50% power and then used a ziplock bag to pipe in onto the cracker. It went much quicker this way.

These are great and easy to make. As for getting the cracker out of the melted chocolate, use a fork. It doesn't matter if it leaves a mark especially if you pipe decorative melted chocolate over the dipped cookie and add holiday sprinkles.

What is the easy way to get the cracker out after dipping? I use a fork but it leaves marks.

Last year I substituted part of the batch using graham crackers and just the marshmallow for wintertime s'mores. They were a hit as well!

Will definitely try this. I've taken the orange Cheezits, spread with peanut butter, top with another Cheezit, coat in chocolate ... tastes just like a Butterfinger

These were a big hit! The people at work loved them and so did all the girl scouts! I personally didn't care for them though. I only used peanut butter and covered them with white/vanilla almond bark and also tried chocolate. The chocolate was the favorite! Will make again and again. Very quick and easy! Perfect because you can decorate them for any holiday!

I've never tried it with the marshmallow cream-- just crackers and PB. I usually dip about half of them in dark chocolate and half in the white almond bark. If I'm feeling fancy I drizzle the contrasting color over them!
