i used dark chocolate cus im so in love with it. i didnt have wonton wrapers so i used eggroll wrappers and cut them into 4s. they are a bit airy inside doing it with way. i did fry them but baking then would be just as good. these are so simple and easy to make and taste amazing that im making more right now :)

I have used the wonton wrappers to make little cups for appetizer fillings by spraying them with pam and then putting them in mini muffin pans to bake. I would try this recipe, spraying the wrapped up bite with Pam and baking in a mini muffin pan to keep them from opening up.

Can these be made without frying them? In the oven, for instance?

We don't really fry anything in my house so I wouldn't even know where to start. And I don't have a thermometer for frying - do you need a special one? - to test the temperature.

Do these stay good for a while after frying, like if you make them and take them to a party a few hours later?? Thank you! Chuzi
