Wild Rice Burgers Recipe

Rating 5

I love to add this or that to recipes to create my own taste twists. Wild rice is a popular ingredient here in Minnesota. But the only way my kids will touch it is in these burgers.—Amy Barthelemy, Eagan, Minnesota

I enjoyed these burgers very much! I wish I would have minced the onions and green peppers. I did not add mushrooms, but I did add an egg to help keep the burgers together. I will for sure make these again, they are full of flavor!
