100% would make again

During the holiday season a few years back, my husband brought this wonderful candy home from work. The co-worker who'd shared it graciously included the recipe...and I've been making it ever since! Besides being perfect for family munching, this creamy, "Christmasy" candy is dandy for holiday craft shows and gift giving.

I used this very recipe last year for x-mas. The recipe is very easy. I just wanted to add a few things about the way I made it.

First off, I made it in the microwave. Next, I used Andes peppermint. I also allowed the mixture to cool, because I put the peppermint in my first batch and it melted.

The presentation doesn't look so great with melted peppermint chips in it.

That's my two cents, anyway!
