This recipe is definitely a hit with any crowd! My father can't eat chocolate so I just add the M&Ms to half the mixture..that way everyone is happy.

A great sweet snack for movie nights!

My MIL gave me this recipe several years ago - we add mini marshmallows.

After making it for an annual ornament party - and sharing the recipe w/ everyone - a friend re-named it "Reindeer Chow". =}

I have made this on many occasions. I also add dried cranberries and/or raisins as well. It's great to use as stocking stuffers at work.

I like to add raisins or dried cranberries to this also! The flavors blend wonderfully!

I found this recipe many years ago. I use Christmas M&Ms (but they only come in 12.5 oz bags) & Christmas pretzels. It's so popular at my house that my 2 1/2 year old grandson was carrying a ziploc bag of it & was not willing to give it up!!! It makes a large batch, but I use it for gift giving to my girlfriends, newpaper carrier, hair dresser, etc...they all love it!

Sereral years ago this came out in the back of the magazine in the late night snacks. My mother was the one who first told me about it, and the reason I started getting the TOH magazine. I have made this every year since and the one year I did not I had a lot of disappointed people. I make it exactly as stated, I don't add anything or try to twist it to make it better. It is wonderful the way it is, so all who make this for Christmas have a happy one.
