When you want a dessert for a special occasion, try this one. Serving two, it's perfect for Valentine's Day or an anniversary dinner. But if need be, you can double the recipe, as I often do for my family. —Carole Resnick, Cleveland, Ohio

My husband isn't really a dessert eater. I made this as part of his birthday dinner and it was a hit! It was so simple to make and was so just so creamy & smooth. I loved it...next time I'll add a bit more white chocolate but that's just for my taste, chocolate makes everything better!!
