Walking Salad Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon raisins
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 medium apple, cored

Directions

  • In a small bowl, combine peanut butter, raisins and honey. Spoon into center of apple. Yield: 1 serving.

Ingenious idea. However, it can be a little messy to eat, so make sure you wipe all filling off the apple when you make it. Next time I think I'll add some minced celery.
