Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise

  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon cider vinegar
  • 1-1/2 cups fresh broccoli florets, coarsely chopped
  • 3/4 cup chopped apple
  • 2 tablespoons raisins
  • 1 tablespoon chopped pecans

Directions

  • In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, honey and vinegar. Stir in the broccoli, apple, raisins and pecans. Refrigerate until serving. Yield: 2 servings.

Nutritional Facts 1 cup (prepared with fat-free mayonnaise) equals 145 calories, 4 g fat (trace saturated fat), 2 mg cholesterol, 196 mg sodium, 29 g carbohydrate, 4 g fiber, 2 g protein.

I liked the combination of apples and broccoli along with the nuts and raisin. The honey was a nice touch as well. I did wonder if it should have some seasoning, but I'm not sure what.
