Made this one hour before dinner. It was quick and easy. Great combination of flavors and textures - crunchy nuts, sweet raisins, great apple flavor enhanced by the dressing. It was the perfect side - fresh and delicious. I did top with a little nutmeg and cinnamon. Was like icing on a cake. Wonderful.
