"These French toast slices have creamy vanilla flavor from convenient pudding mix, plus a hint of cinnamon," relates Linda Bernhagen of Plainfield, Illinois. "We like to top them with syrup or powdered sugar and fresh berries." TIP: As a change of pace, try butterscotch pudding instead of vanilla.

I will try making this again even though it stuck to the pan too. I DID use the cook n serve but had the same results. Maybe some Pam?

This has become a weekend staple in our house! We all LOVE it! I am diabetic and use the sugar free cook and serve pudding and it is just as good as the regular cook and serve!

I also had the same problem with the pudding sticking to the pan. Will try again with the cook-and-serve pudding, hopefully with better results.

My kids loved this! I made it with the tropical smoothies and cheesy scrambled eggs. It was a great breakfast for supper or "lupper" (instead of brunch) as they so sweetly call it!
