I made these for my kids' friends at school...no sticks...just cookies. They love them!

Once you icing them it makes the cookies very tender and moist, recommend you cover them and let them sit overnight befor serving. Getting them to stay on the wooden skewers was a little tricky, the cookies themselves not hard to do. For extra glamour I sprinkled them while icing still moist with valentine sprinkles and jimmies. They were really tasty!!!

these are great to eat and look at! You can use red food coloring instead of juice if you want. Do try the bouquet idea, so pretty and easy.

I have made these many times and everyone has always liked them. I don't usually make the bouquet, just cookies.
