This is a family favorite! It is also a huge hit at carry-in's, as people always ask for the recipe. I think you'll agree that the texture and flavor combination is a match made in heaven. The texture of the bread is kind of like Cheddar Bay Biscuits from a certain crimson-crustacean food chain, but it tastes even better with the complexity of the onion and fresh thyme. Yes, there is a lot of butter, but when you taste it, you'll see why. It's not an every-day food, but definitely a nice treat. YUM! Pretty simple to make, but tastes like something you would get at a gourmet eatery. ENJOY!
