One of my sisters gave me the recipe for this quick-and-easy soup that tastes just like stuffed green peppers. The thick hearty mixture is chock-full of good stuff. Plus, the aroma while it's cooking is wonderful. At 84¢ for each bowl, it's inexpensive to boot. Evelyn Kara Brownsville, Pennsylvania

This soup is amazing!!!! My kids are asking for it everyday. I started to make it after my sister and my kids love it!!!!!!!

Good and easy! I did add a little minced garlic and a little salt and pepper.

Love this soup! I make it at least once a month. I do omit the mushrooms since I don't like them. Other than that the only thing I changed was adding 4 minced garlic cloves and pepper.
