Ingredients

  • 8 large baking potatoes
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 20-25 minutes or until heated through. Yield: 16 servings.
