My husband & I loved this simple recipe. I did change it up a little. I put salt & pepper on the chicken breast, then I combined all the herb ingredients with the olive oil. I poured the mixture over the chicken breast and left it to marinate for 20 minutes. Then I scraped the herbs & oil off of the chicken and proceded with the regular instructions. It turned out delicious! Oh, and I used fresh Rosemary, instead of dried. Wonderful!

I made this for my husband and 2 year old son and it was a hit. I was a little skeptical at first that all the spices might be too much, but they all worked well. I added one extra clove of garlic, and I used full size boneless skinless chicken breasts. It still worked out well--I just had a longer cooking time. I didn't think my 2 year old would like this because of all the herbs, but he gobbled it up. :) I will be making this again for sure!

Wow...what a delicious recipe with very intense yummy flavor. I used all fresh herbs and garlic and my husband said it was a gourmet dish. I found the herbs burnt a bit while the chicken was cooking so next time I will remove them at least until the chicken cooks through, then put them all back in the pan so the flavor will go through the chicken. Thanks for submitting this recipe. I will make it over and ove again :)

This was fantastic! My kids all had seconds. I didn't have any fresh garlic, so I mixed in a couple tsp. of minced from a jar. Turned out great.

Wonderful Chicken. I forgot to flatten the chicken and add salt and pepper and it still was fantastic. My children (aged 11, 9 and 7) also loved it. Make it with the Vegetable Medely featured on the same page and took 20 minutes to make. Love it!!!!!

Love this--my favorite part is the sliced garlic. I actually add more because I end up sampling the garlic while it's cooking!

Made this for company & everyone loved it including the kiddos! I minced the garlic (for the kids...to avoid hearing ew!) Used chicken breast tenderloins. Fast & delicious!

This was great. I used chicken tenders as that was what I had on hand and used a shallot instead of the garlic. Served it with red potatoes, asparagus, and a simple salad of sliced tomatoes and cucumbers. Definitely an easy 30 minute meal.
