I found this recipe in one of my mother's cookbooks. It's a quick way to fix turkey. My family likes it with rice and a tossed salad.

Nutritional Facts 4 ounces cooked turkey with 1/4 cup sauce equals 189 calories, 3 g fat (1 g saturated fat), 75 mg cholesterol, 370 mg sodium, 11 g carbohydrate, trace fiber, 28 g protein. Diabetic Exchanges: 4 lean meat, 1 fruit.
