I had a delicious stew recipe but rarely prepared it because sausage can be high in fat and sodium, so I substituted low-fat turkey sausage. Now it not only tastes good, it feels goodboth hearty and healthy! Lisa Zeigler-Day of Forest Park, Illinois

I am not a big cabbage fan, but found this recipe to be delicious! The kids did not particularly care for the cabbage, but that was to be expected. I really enjoyed the blending of flavors. I topped mine off with a TB of cheese and that was a nice touch to the flavor also.
