Here's a cool idea that's ready to gobble up in no time. It's a terrific use for deli turkey. Just add lettuce, tomato, green pepper, shredded cheese and ranch dressing for a flavorful blend. —Taste of Home Test Kitchen

I really like these for a simple lunch but I usually have a lot of variation available and let everyone choose what they like. Such as Baby spinach leaves, rinsed, drained and dried, red onions, red.grn.yellow pepers and also pepperoncini's,fresh corn from the cob, cooked and sliced off, Creme Cheese, Mayo, Mustard as well as Ranch Dressing and a variety of meats, like shredded Rotissrie Chicken, Turkey, Ham, Roast Beef, sliced Bacon or Tuna. I have a Large round griddle that I heat on the stove and slighly cook the Tortillas with and then allow them to cool before construction begins. I also use larger Tortills and cut them in half having folded both ends in as I rolled them tightly. If I use Mayonnaise, Creme Cheese or Mustard this goes on first followed by the spinach leaves then the meat and whatever else is chosen. Served with chips and slices of Apple and a drink of choice.

Great tasting recipe and very easy to make. I omitted the tomatoes and added a few slices of pre-cooked bacon. I took them to work and everyone wanted to know how to make them. Definitely a keeper!

Sounds perfect! My husband has really gotten into these wraps. They are a great change from regular sanwiches too.
