“My husband and I hosted a Mexican-themed party and this was one of the main dishes. It was a huge success! I was thrilled when four of our friends asked for-and left with-a copy of the recipe! You'd never know it was a light version!” Kimberly Bish - Vandalia, Ohio

I used ground turkey and they turned out very good. I also added to the meat green chilies.

This has become a regular for us. My hushband is on a low salt diet, so I've found low sodium torillas and use very low sodium chicken broth. I use cummin in place of coriandor.

Very good, quick and easy. A great way to use left over or frozen turkey. I added a can of green chilies
