What a terrific use for leftover turkey! My husband and I always buy 2 turkey breasts when they are on sale - one for the table and one for the freezer - so I frequently have leftover turkey. I am always looking for creative new ways to serve it. This was simply delicious. As recommended, I also fixed the garlic-buttered pasta. What a great meal, Ms. Stephanie Moon, thanks so much. :)

The white sauce and broccoli was the best part. I substituted chicken for the turkey.
