Quick Homemade CroutonsI hate to waste the heel from a loaf of bread or a few leftover hot dog or hamburger buns. So I cube them into a bowl, spray them with nonstick cooking spray and season with garlic powder, parsley and basil or oregano. Great use of leftover turkey! We only had enough turkey for 1/2 recipe, but my husband started prepping for the whole recipe. Therefore, we ended up using a mix of half turkey and half chicken. Turned out great!
