It looks and tastes decadent, but at just 291 calories per serving, this classic entree isn't much of a splurge. Pair it with a side salad and slice of whole grain bread for a complete meal. Simple & Delicious Test Kitchen

This was so easy and fast for a busy weeknight. My kids ate the breaded cutlets, my husband had his with ham, cheese, and mushrooms, and I had mine as the recipe suggests. Delicious and everyone was happy. I would maybe brown on both sides next time and let the turkey finish cooking and the cheese melt in the oven. Will definitely make again.
