Cranberry fans will ask for this sauce again and again. It's loaded with their favorite fruit—in fresh, dried and juice form. Orange and allspice make it awesome. —Arlene Smulski, Lyons, Illinois

A hit! I thought I had put too much marmalade but honestly it didn't matter. The family licked it off the Pyrex! I opted to use Splenda instead of sugar and didn't add as many dried cramberries. Still came out awesome. The day after Thanksgiving, it tasted even better!

I have made this recipe for both Thankgiving and Christmas since I first found it in my email. Since then I have been asked by everone who has tried it that when the holidays come if I will make it again. Last year I received so many requests that I ended up making 4 triple batches before the end of the day. Now that Thankgiving is jus

Excellent! This has replaced my old cranberry sauce recipe. I made it at Christmas with ham and it disappeared in a flash. Try it. You'll love it!

Made this for Thanksgiving w/ turkey and plan to make it for Christmas to go w/ ham. Took the tip from an earlier reviewer & substituted Port wine for the cranberry juice concentrate. Totally DIVINE !!

I made this for Thanksgiving, and the general consensus was that the orange flavor overshadowed the cranberries. Even with that, there was very little left after the meal. I made it again two days later for my family and omitted the grated orange peel.

This is the best-tasting cranberry sauce I've ever had and it is super easy to make. I make it the day before Thanksgiving and double the recipe.

Re freezing recipe: my friend's dad has a gourment food business and loads her up with whole cranberry sauce, which she and fortunate friends :) freeze. It comes out great when thawed and served at room temperature. Just give a stir or two to recombine any separation. If you like nuts in yours, I would wait and add that the day of serving to keep the nuts from getting soggy.

I found this recipe on another website. http://www.food.com states that it can be made 3 days ahead.

I substituted cherry flavored dried cranberries for the regular ones and cherry pom juice for the concentrate. Turned out great!

I always like to make cranberry relish about a week ahead so the flavors blend and develop. Has anyone made this recipe ahead and how long does it keep? Like another reviewer, I'd also like to know if it can it be frozen.

This recipe sounds awesome but do you think this recipe can be made and frozen ahead of time? I am looking for some time-saver recipes for the holidays? Your thoughts?

Wonderful recipe! I didn't have cranberry juice concentrate on hand, so I used pomegranate juice as a substitute. The sauce came out a lovely texture and had a great cranberry-orange flavors, without being overpowering. I'll be adding this to the holiday recipe box!
