Ingredients

  • 2 pounds dry roasted peanuts
  • 2 pounds cashews
  • 1 pound raisins
  • 1 pound M&M's
  • 1/2 pound flaked coconut

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Store in an airtight container. Yield: 6 quarts.

Nutritional Facts 1 serving (1/2 each) equals 321 calories, 23 g fat (6 g saturated fat), 1 mg cholesterol, 294 mg sodium, 25 g carbohydrate, 3 g fiber, 9 g protein.

This is our special "travel" treat, of course very good anytime. I haven't used the coconut but will try it next time.

I make this all the time. Have been since I got the issue with this recipe in it. I don't add the coconut, though. Always a hit.
