Really good soup! I added sliced ,fresh mushrooms to mine.I will cut back on the water also next time .... I was thinking I may try adding pasta instead of torlellini next time to see how that would taste !

I use my own chicken stock, or canned low sodium broth. Having used both frozen and fresh spinach, I'd say the fresh spinach is the best tasting in this soup! Flavorful, filling, great for cool days.

This is a quick healthy dinner that my kids loved. I don't think they noticed the green stuff was spinach. It's perfect on a cold day with some hard rolls.

I liked this soup. I loved all the spinich. And the next day it gets even thicker
