Refrigerated pizza crust dough gets a tasty treatment from pleasant seasonings and easy cheese and tomato toppings. This basic recipe can be modified to suit individual tastes. My husband loves to add sliced ripe olives just before baking. We think it's best when served fresh out of the oven. -Kimberly McFarland, Broken Arrow, Oklahoma

Shred and Freeze CheeseIt’s usually cheaper to buy cheese in blocks than in shredded form. So I purchase large quantities of cheddar, Monterey Jack and mozzarella, then shred them myself in my food processor. I store the shredded cheese in the freezer in heavy-duty resealable plastic bags, so I have it at my fingertips whenever it’s needed. —Evelyn O., Parma, Ohio

Delicious. Brought back memories of my Mom's pizza bread. I changed two things, I made my own pizza crust (a must!) and I added some provolone slices to the top. Thanks again.

We all loved this recipe, The second time I made it, I cooked 5 pieces of pre-cooked Bacon and crumbled them over the Tomatoes before adding the cheese.Absolutely delicious.
