Tip

Keep Guacamole Fresh

I like to make guacamole ahead of time for my favorite chicken quesadillas. I’ve found that if the avocado pit is added to the guacamole and the dish is covered, the guacamole retains its pretty, green color. —Pam Ubl, Coon Rapids, Minnesota

Good, but a little salty for my taste. I added a fresh, minced radish to mine too.

This is the only guacamole I make. Everyone loves it and ask for the recipe. The only thing I change is I add tabasco sauce to taste. Highly recommend!!
