“This savory recipe takes just minutes. If it's cheaper, I'll sometimes thaw out frozen tiliapia fillets in the fridge overnight instead of using fresh fillets.” Michelle Williams - Fort Worth, Texas

Tip

Cheese Grater Cleanup

When grating blocks of cheese, I spray the grater with nonstick cooking spray. The grated cheese seems to flow right off, and there’s a lot less waste. Cleanup is a breeze, too. —Rochelle Hoover, Rapid City, South Dakota

So darn easy! Instead of wraps I chose to make "Tilapia tacos" and they are a big hit!

I used frozen Tilapia, a lemon pepper seasoning from McCormick instead of the steak, whole wheat tortillas, and added some brown rice to the wraps. They were very good and didn't taste fishy!

The tilapia tasted fishy. The steak spice did not seem to match with the salsa and chiles

This recipe was nice and fast. I added sour cream and cilantro on top and it was really good. Makes good leftovers for lunch.
