This was fast and easy to prepare but very bland.

As said easy recipe to become create with.....Made this many times....I use frozen spinach with the water squeezed out, add Feta cheese and this evening I am going to add grape tomatoes

This was good. I found that the spinach was a bit oily cooked with 4 tsp of oil. When I make this again I will cut the oil and add more seasonings. We found it to be a bit bland. I served it with carrots and mashed butternut squash.

Outstanding! Even my anti healthy-food men gave this a thumbs up.

Enjoyed this very much! I did tweak the recipe using lemon rather than lime juic, cajun seasoning and gruyere cheese both in the spinach mixture and on top. A good recipe to be creative with!

Very very good! I didn't have garlic herb seasoning on hand so I just used Italian seasoning instead and it turned out great. I also sprinkled some italian seasoning and garlic powder into the ricotta mix. Was so good! My DH has been on a spinach kick so I think this recipe will become a fav!

I LOVE fish! This recipe is off the hook.

So simple to make and very tasty. I thought it would turn out too dry, but it was just perfect. I used a steamed back of spinach instead and used just enough to get a good mixture of it.

Amazing! Just make sure you squeeze the water out of the spinach. I just put the spinach in without squeezing the water out and the dish was too watery. I should know better! But a dish that both me and my eight year old love!!

This was an excellent dish for lent. Only I would add more of the sauce and less spinach on the fish.

We love spinach, so this was great for us.
