This pretty salad - made with white, red and sweet potatoes - tastes as good as it looks. The mild dill dressing enhances the tender spuds and onion, especially if you refrigerate it overnight. Even those who don't like sweet potatoes like this salad. -Nan Cairo, Greenwood, Delaware

Loved the adventurous flavors! I made it for an 80th Birthday Open House party - and everyone loved it! This is my new favorite "go to" recipe for a unique dish!

This turned out great, I made it exactly the way the recipe was. I don't like most potato salad, but I loved this and so did everyone else at our campout

I used green onions instead of regular onions, and it was delicious! I'll be making this recipe over and over and over again!

The whole family just loved this Recipe. Even my picky 9 year old daughter. It was very easy to make. This is one that I'll be making again and again

I brought this salad to a 2 day open house @ work...customers came back the second day just to eat the potato salad! Awesome recipe!

I have made this numerous times and always get asked for the recipe. So far I haven't changed anything, and it's excellent. It's very quick and simple and is great the same day, but much better the next day. Thank you for posting this recipe.

My coworkers raved about this salad when I brought it to a potluck last week, and my husband was so disappointed I took it to work instead of letting him eat all of it! Tonight I am making it again, but going to try green onions instead of the white one I used last time.

This potato salad was a big hit at a family gathering. The only change I made was I roasted the potaatoes with olive oil and rosemary, then put together with dressing.
