This is my husband's favorite dish. He always requests it—even on holidays! You'll love the variety of cheeses and spices that jazz up this manicotti recipe. It's restaurant-quality, but at a quarter of the price! —Luanne Wallace Bennett, Powder Springs, Georgia

I've been making this same variation for years, but without the sugar and instead of ground turkey I used ground turkey italian sausage! It's my husbands favorite dinner!

Great recipe and so easy to put together! Instead of just plain ground turkey I like to substitute Italian turkey sausage... just remove the casings. While manicotti is baking throw together a salad and you have a meal in no time!

This is one of my favorites to make for friends. New babies, sick friends, they love this recipe! Even my husband who doesnt like ricotta cheese really enjoys this dish.

I wish there were more than 5 stars to give this recipe!! I made this with ground beef and used Ragu's 6-cheese spaghetti sauce. I simmered the sauce for about 30 minutes to really give it good flavor. This one's a new family favorite!! YUM-O!!

Great tasting italian dish with common ingredients that's easy to put together. I left out the sugar and substituted Pregos Garlic and Sausage Pasta sauce.

I made this for my Husband and he informed me that I could make it anytime. I have never made Manicotti before, and it was easier than it sounded. I followed the recipe and it was very tasty, lots of flavor. It is a Hit in this household.

I always add a bit more sugar to the jar sauces and it was good in this recipe.

I can't believe this recipe calls for adding sugar to a jarred sauce! Jarred sauces are already full of sugars. I made this without the added sugar, and it tastes great to me. I like the blend of cheeses, but agree with reviewers who suggest this would be better with ground beef or italian sausage. next time i am going to try it with the sausage.

WhenI first read the name of this recipe, I thought the manicotti was filled w/cheese and turkey filling. Sooooo, I made this using cooked turkey (with spices, etc.) mixed with the cheese filling. It was great ! I used plain spaghetti sauce without meat under and over the shells. I will definitely make it again !

With the 3 cheeses this was much better than manicotti recipes I have made in the past. Very good consistency. I didn't care for the turkey flavor so I'll try Italian sausage or ground beef next time. Overall, a good recipe.
