This is my husband's favorite dish. He always requests it—even on holidays! You'll love the variety of cheeses and spices that jazz up this manicotti recipe. It's restaurant-quality, but at a quarter of the price! —Luanne Wallace Bennett, Powder Springs, Georgia

I made this recipe as is except skipped the Italian Seasoning only because we don't care for it. This was so good! We will definitely make this often.

I also used an ice tea spoon to stuffe the shells but it helps if you roll the stuffing mix. This tasted fantastic. Everyone loved it.

Yummey: I used Barilla manicotti shells, cooked according to package instructions, Didn't have chedder Monterey Jack, so used Sargento 6 cheese, used grapefruit spoon to stuff them, or any small narrow spoon works, cooled them on a silpat then covered with saran so not to dry them out. Needed more sauce than called for so added a jar of Rao's Marinara I had on hand, cooked 30 min in convection then sprinkled Mozz. on top and left in oven few more min. to melt, delish. Made a pyrex dish for two sick friends and had some for hubby and I. I would definately do this again, in fact, can't wait until I have guests over so I can. Only tedious job was stuffing them, thought about a pastry tube, but with shredded cheese I thought it would jam up, will look for a wider mouth tip for next time and use a pastry bag just like stuffing a canoli.

My family loves this recipe. I did use ground beef instead of turkey, though. I definitely will use this recipe again!

First and foremost, thanks for this recipe. I posted the ending product on FB and got great reviews just on sight alone. Had to post the recipe to share with my friends. I did some alterations and eliminations; used sweet italian sausage out of the casing, used a 5/cheese spaghette sauce, & eliminated the sugar and italian seasoning because of the sausage that was used. I will use this recipe any day!!!

Love manicotti and this is the best! My grandson thought it was awesome. Can't believe someone complained about 2 tsp. of sugar in a recipe that serves 6 people!
