I added grilled chicken strips and made it a luncheon meal for several girlfriends. They raved about it! I frequently make the dressing and use on other salads and vegetables.

I have made this recipe at least 100 times! We love it and I get asked for the recipe often. Sometimes I don't have much and I will buy pre-cooked bacon which really helps me out. No one has ever suspected!;)

I made this as a side salad for the meal that I made for my folks, my sister and her two daughters. Out of all the things that I made, this was the dish that they all raved about. My niece even said that this could easily be ordered in a restaurant. I'm definitely making this one again.

My entire family loves this salad. We sometimes eat it as our main meal along with a loaf of crusty bread or croissants. Yum!
