Could not find covered sunflower seeds or caramel frosting, but I sent the recipe to my daughter to bring for Thanksgiving. She and her children had fun making them and they were as cute as the picture.

I haven’t made this yet, but am certain it will be excellent and be a hit. I am interested in these and the caramel turkey cupcakes and have the same comment for both. It would have been nice to have the recipes include how many gum drops and how much caramel to buy.

I am making these for a family dinner and would like to know before I get started baking how many bags I should have and how much candy to roll or soften, as the case may be.
