I like to serve these tender, country-style ribs over rice. The tantalizing aroma and zippy Cajun barbecue sauce are sure to make these ribs a favorite at your house.—Michelle Rominger, Albia, Iowa

This is the second time I've made this. We really enjoyed it last time. I just brown on the stovetop and then bake for a couple of hours.

This was delicious!!! I used maple syrup in place of molasses and a little less worshtershire. I read of one person who boiled the ribs for a bit first to remove extra fat, great idea! Cheap meat and it was great!!!

I really enjoyed the sauce on these ribs! I accidentally doubled the garlic and I don't think it was overwhelming. One of the best BBQ sauce recipes I've tried.

These were so easy to make and turned out delicious. My first attempt at ribs - and I will definitely make them again.

Really good flavor!! I thickened the sauce with cornstarch/water mixture after it was all done and put the sauce on mashed potatoes. Yum!

Great flavor. Made this for the family for a pre-Valentine's dinner; the Grandmas gave it rave reviews.

I really loved this recipe. It was simple to make and the aroma is wonderful, so far this is the best tasting sauce for ribs and chicken I have found yet!! Wonderful!!

Tasty! To help with the fat, I put the ribs in crockpot, let them cook for a few hours, pour off the fat and then add the sauce. Works for all my pork recipes.

Loved them! Served to company and received raves. Will make again for sure.

I thought these turned out terrific. I could not find the bone in ribs, so bought boneless, which my husband preferred better anyway. Next time I will trim more fat before the cooking, can't see the point of the slow cooker if I have to boil them before cooking! The flavor was delicious and we ate them all week long. Great recipe!

Remember to boil the ribs for 10 to 15 minutes to help reduce the fat level. I do this ( for 30 min) for the bar-b-que. Works for the slow cooker too.

I picked this recipe because I wanted something different than the other recipe that I usually use. But I was seriously dissapointed. For all the flavors that I put into it,it was not flavourful at all!

My kids, husband, parents and sisters love this recipe! We have even tried it with beef instead of pork since the pork it SOOOO fatty. Sauce is perfect and the meat always just slides off the bone.

scrambledwithcheese, you must have done something wrong. I made these today for my family for valentines day and they just devoured them. Especially my husband and son-in-law. Sorry, they were great to us.

My family really liked them. My ribs were very tender but firm. I enjoyed the sauce. My kids aren't much for barbeque and this was a great balance for them. My Husband had seconds. Great for when the men are doing field work and dont come in to eat at the same time the kids eat.

This was really terrible. The ribs come out like mush in a watery, flavorless sauce. What a waste!
