This is a wonder recipe. I have made it several times. It is also great the next day for lunch.

I also use a whole jar of pasta sauce and I add in a can of cut- up stewed tomatoes and balsamic vinegar. I put a cup and a half on the chicken and heat the rest up seperately in a saucepan and toss it with cooked angel hair pasta. My whole family loves this recipe. I also omit the can of mushrooms and just buy my pasta sauce with mushrooms already in it-I use Heart Smart Prego.

I am not a fan of Chicken Parmesan, but thought I would try this. It was delicious, and I will definitely make it again. My husband really like it, too! I used a whole jar of spaghetti sauce, though, and that gave more sauce for the pasta I served with it.
