Tart Grapefruit Cooler Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cups cranberry juice
  • 1 cup grapefruit juice
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 cup club soda, chilled

Directions

  • In a bowl or pitcher, combine cranberry juice, grapefruit juice, sugar and lemon juice. Cover and refrigerate. Just before serving, stir in soda. Yield: 4 servings.

Nutritional Analysis: One serving (prepared with unsweetened cranberry and grapefruit juices and artificial sweetener equivalent to 1/2 cup sugar) equals 57 calories, 16 mg sodium, 0 cholesterol, 14 gm carbohydrate, trace protein, trace fat, trace fiber. Diabetic Exchange: 1 fruit.
