Didn't have any lime, so I used lemon. It was wonderful. Cooking times, which are often inaccurate with fish were perfect.

Make sure you marinate the fish for about an hour before you cook it. The taste was good but not strong enough without the extra marinating.

This was really delicious! I was skeptical about lime juice on fish, but the tang was perfect. Even my fussy daughter enjoyed it and said she would eat it again. Definite keeper!
