These hot cheese bites were brought to an election night party I attended years ago. Sharp cheddar and blue cheese give them a slightly tangy favor.

My Husband is a HUGE Blue Cheese fan. My son and I not so much. That being said...  This recipe is a favorite at our house.  I've taken to family functions as well and they're always raved about.

These sound great, but no one in my family likes blue cheese. Could another cheese be substituted?

These were excellent and very well received! You must keep them warm to taste good though.
