This was a very simple and easy recipe. I didn't even have to make a special trip to the grocery store. We didn't have any salsa, so I substituted a partial jar of leftover spaghetti sauce and a small can of tomato paste. I used a tomato paste can of water to thin it out a little. I thought bisquick topping kind of overwhelmed the meat somewhat. If I make this again, I think I will add some ricotta or cottage cheese.

Delicious and simple! I also did a lasagna version I found on the Bisquick website, both were AWESOME.

We make this dish over and over - it's always a hit! I like to add frozen corn and also use a can of diced tomatoes w green chiles instead of salsa. Yummy!

Very good! I had some leftover raw diced potato that I added to use up. Turned out great! And it went together quickly, a bonus for us working folks!

This was alright, but I felt it really lacked in flavor. I wouldn't make it again.

Really liked it but for some reason, it caused terrific heartburn for my husband and myself.

I haven't made it but, sounds very easy. We love Taco's of any kind. Am sure my husband would like this also.I will definetly be fixing it!

When we eat what we want for the meal, I'll cut or spoon it in to serving peices & freeze, then just heat it up in toaster oven after it is thawed. Sounds like it will be yummy good!

I substituted cornmeal muffin mix for bisquick (2 cups at another members suggestion) and it was DELICIOUS! We will definitely be adding this to our rotation.
